8 cups cleaned and torn mixed salad greens
1 medium red onion, sliced
2 crisp apples, cored and thinly sliced
Crumbled feta cheese
Dried cranberries

Olive Oil Vinaigrette
In a bowl whisk ¾ cup olive oil, 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. Whisk again just before serving.

Arrange greens on plates. top with onion, apples, feta cheese and cranberries. Just before serving, drizzle with vinaigrette dressing.
