POTATO CASSEROLE

6-7 boiled potatoes (whole)
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup diluted with 1/4 cup of water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbs chopped onions or chives
1/4 cup melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Corn Flakes

Wash and boil potatoes (leave at a stage you can still grate) Cool and peel. Grate on a coarse part of grater. Place in buttered dipper pan. Mix together sour cream, chicken soup, and water, 1/2 cup cheese, onion or chives, and salt and pepper. Put on top of potatoes. Top with crushed Corn Flakes and melted butter. Sprinkle other 1/2 cup of cheese on top. Bake at 350º for 30 min.
