6 large ripe avocados
1 small onion chopped
1 small tomato chopped
2 tbs. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt (add more or less depending on your taste)
2 jalapeņo peppers finely chopped
2 tbs. chopped cilantro

Slice avocados in half, remove pits, using a large spoon, scrape avocado out of skin. Put avocado halves in mixing bowl. Mash until minimal small chunks are seen. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Serve with chips, or any Mexican meal.
