CHICKEN CORDON BLEU

4 - 4 oz. boneless chicken breasts
1 egg
¼ cup milk
1 cup bread crumbs
½ cup flour
1 package (3 oz) smoked sliced ham
4 slices swiss cheese, each 3x3 inches, cut diagonally into halves

Pound chicken breasts with meat mallet until flat. Top each breast with 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of mozzarella cheese. Roll up each breast. Mix the egg with the milk. Dust breasts with flour then dip into egg mixture, then dredge through bread crumbs. Place in baking dish and cook in 350° oven for 20 minutes.
