4 boneless chicken breasts
2 eggs
Flour
Bread crumbs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder

  1. Beat eggs with 2 T water. Put in pie pan.
  2. Put flour in pie pan, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and put in another pie pan.
  4. Flatten chicken with meat mallet between plastic wrap or wax paper.
  5. Dip in this order. Flour, egg, bread crumb/cheese mixture.
  6. Fry in butter 5 minutes each side.
